I have been a professional technologist for almost two decades and as a hobbyist for a decade before that. I have tended to work mostly with Microsoft technologies over the last two decades. I have done everything from applications development to network engineering to embedded software development.
My fiancé and I are avid offshore sailboat and dinghy racers. I must admit, she is a much better sailor than I am and I am a much better man for it. We live next to the Pacific Ocean in Southern California with our cat, Fuzzy Neko and are a couple of happy clams when we have time to just sit and stare at the water.
I am also a gourmet cook – a semi-pro if you will – and love cooking for my friends and family. Good food is one thing we can all get along about. I specialize in Japanese, French, Italian, and American foods.
